Pimples acne black heads
I have a lot of pimples,acne and white and black heads what can I do for rid it.
Please give some solution for this problem

Hi ! It would honestly do you good if you could consult a dermatologist in person.Acne can be of different grades and the treatment varies to a certain extent for each grade.Sometimes oral medicines may be required if the acne is severe.

Start by using a doctor prescribed sunscreen with an SPF of atleast 30 .The sunscreen should be applied once in 3 hours especially between 7am-5pm,the first application should ideally be used 20 minutes before you step out into the sun.
Health Tips
Do not go for pharmacist/friends prescribed treatments for acne.Try to get the acne treated as early as possible to prevent pigmentation and scarring ! I hope this helps !
