Pimples and acne problem
I used to have pimple during my teenage...and it lasted for 5-6 years till 20 years but now suddenly from the time of lockdown i have again started getting many small small forhead bumps and a very little in my cheeks and now i am 24 years old. Any suggestions so the i can get rid of it soon

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

1.use benzoyl peroxide composition face wash thrice daily
2. Clindac a gel once daily once daily * 1 mnth
3. Use gel based spf 50 sunscreen once daily before going outside
4. I would advise to go for Chemical peeling session.U have to consult with a medical Cosmetologist or Dermatologist for this procedure.
