you are getting scars due to pimples. medical treatment is necessary to control new pimples from coming as well as to maintain the results. if you want scars to be treated, please visit a dermatologist with laser practise to undergo few sessions of a fractional laser. Acne scar treatment is combination of multiple treatments depending on the type of scars you have and your skin type. Do not pick at your scars to reduce chances of scar formation and be regular with your treatment.
