Pimples and oily skin

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I have pimples for over 7 years now and oily skin I have it all over my face some are pulpy some are smalls and some are big I have tried clin 3 gel it just controls a bit but nothing I tried exterminated the pimples and those pimples have left scars too (hyperpigmentation) suggest some medicine
