Pimples becoming scary
When I completed 16 years, small pimples start coming on my face nearby periods only but till I was 25 years and it was like pimples come and after its goes without leaving any marks or scars.
But, now they are leaving marks or scars which is making my face horrible.
Please guide what should I do.

acne when nodular or deep in nature leave scars.
if the menstrual cycles are regular, non hormonal medications are advised.
if there are irregular menstrual cycles, medications defer, weight reduction is advised.
