Pimples is a common problem during this age. it requires treatment when it is painful, causing pigmentation or scars.
wash your face frequently with water,
dont let oil on youe face,
treat your dandruff which can increase your acne,
dont manipulate acne, it can lead to pigmentation or scars.
these advise can help you a bit, but Consult dermatologist for proper treatment.

hi
visit a qualified dermatologist is the best advise i can give you. Avoid junk and oily food intake. Drink plenty of water and keep your face clean off dirt and excess oil by gently washing 2-3 times a day. Do not self medicate or use OTC products advertised for pimples. Treatment of pimples is always individualised.
