Pin like pain in right shoulder for baby
My 2 year son fell down on shoulder one week before. From that time he is having pin like pain in shoulder and cries whenever pain occurs. Also he feels pain in under arm of right. We showed to doctor. Took x Ray. No fracture. Doctor recommend ibugesic plus. But the pain returns. Other times he is active and plays well. Please suggest solution

May be is having some neurological issues, some entrapment of nerve might be there and x-ray won't show anything
