Pinch in right side lower back like pai
2 ears agoi had a jerk in right side back to play . i was smashing hard it made pain in back.nextdayplayed basketball .underestimated my back pain an played. when i bent down sudenly felt jerk in my right back like some muscle slip away . also have an anterior pelvic tilt i think so . after jerk i went to bench . i could not bear that pain that day . after 1 year i have mri showed nothing. when i playfeel some pinch in my right lower back . i think its my longissimusmusclewhichslipped.

Where exactly is the pinch you feel? The back or the buttock? Any tingling numbness? Pain with any movements?
