Pinch sensation near head of penis
Have had a dull pinch sensation in my penis when straining or stressing, or just randomly during sitting, relaxing, or standing. The pinch appeared during a masturbatory session which wasn't overly aggressive. It has been persistent enough for the past 3-4weeks, but I've now noticed a purple spot on the glans corona right around where the pinch sensation is being felt. Looks like a bruise almost. Within the past day or so, the sensation has lessened in frequency and intensity. What's going on?
