Pinched nerve
Been a month ...Tingling / vibration in my left thigh lateral side specially when trying to sleep so it becomes very difficult so started with giabapin 300 and now from a week my right side lower back and right leg pelvic muscles started to pain when I walk so will start with Ethoshine too and also hip exercises and core exercises so am I going on the right track ? And with all this happening can I still do dumbbells and abs or I should I hold on to that ? Thank you !!
