  4. Pinching sensation for some seconds. Do?

Pinching sensation for some seconds.
I had this type of pinching sensation last year and got ecg test. As ecg test was normal but I have mental tension on this pinching sensation which occurs for 2-5sec. near my left chest. I weight 92kg and have abdominal fat. Please suggest me what to do??
