Pinning like pain lasts for seconds
I am 15 year old and I am a pcos patient and overweight. Sometimes I experience pinning like the pain near pubic region and it lasts for seconds and goes off . Also I feel stabbing pinning pain in upper abdomen for few seconds when yawning and stretching . Can it be cancer from either cases ?? What to do ??

Cancer is very very unlikely in this age. Your vague most probably unrelated to cancer
