Piriformis muscle pain
Hi I've been having this pain in my lower back for 6 years now due to a gym accident...I have general flexibility but the pain is always there. I get tingling sensation till my toes. But not too much . I don't think exercise is going to work. Amd I don't think surgery is required from what 99% doctors told me. I feel I need a chiropractic session where they find out the muscle knots and remove them. Slowly

Physiotherapy will also help you to get rid of your problem. But you need to consult with a Physiotherapist for complete assessment and treatment either in person or through video call.

To be sure of the origin of the pain it will be helpful if you can talk a little bit more about your symptoms, like when does it start, how does it stabilize, how severe is it, what's your level of physical activity with and without pain, any sensory loss or any weakness in the lower body...  The tingling in the toes can be neural (mobility or inflammation related) or trigger points in the muscles of the hip. You can reach out to me for further assistance!
Next Steps
home therapy : neural mobility workouts, stretching, physical activity, foam rolling.
