I have gingivitis for last 4 years so pl give medication to get out of from gingivitis.also suggest good toothpaste.

You will need a good periodontist.

apply astrigum on ur gingiva and massage everyday. consult a dentist and get the solution cured. if u have swollen gums u will need a different approach. if its red and tender and its probably inflamed gums. lot of factors play in gingivitis like oral health. habits and stress

Picture and patients history is must. There are different types of gingivitis having separate reasons behind them.

at first,visit nearby dental clinic or periodontist who will sort out the reason behind gingivitis.it could be due to certain medicine use or due to hormonal reason or due poor oral hygiene or due to other underlying diseases like diabetes . treatment will be accordingly.
