My NT scan towards the end of 12 weeks shows placenta partially covering OS, posterior. Is this common? Doctor says it might go up later, but I'm confused whether I can do walking or other exercises. What precautions should be taken and can any exercise cure this?

This finding at 12weeks is common. Just take precaution, not to travel & lift weight. Avoid constipation by taking laxatives as required.
In your next Sonography at 18 -20 weeks it will appear , as if it has moved up . Actually it doesn’t move , but lower part of uterus gets
stretched as the pregnancy advances. It will go away gradually and at end it will be away from internal os.
