Need help.to understand the attached report. Is there anything to worry about ? And what would have caused this

It suggests that there may be insufficient blood supply to some area of brain. It may be caused by age, high BP, Diabetes and tobacco use. There is nothing to worry about at present but you should consult a neurologist regularly.
