I am planning for a baby .
Please suggest me what is the right time for connection. And please advice that do girls need to stop drinking coffee or tea when they are planning for a baby?
And can I ride two wheeler during this planning phase.

Hello, you can all those you asked .. No harm in it . But have a limit for coffee, nothing specially related to pregnancy but not so good habbit. Of your periods are regular you can easily calculate ovulation date.. But should have sexual intercourse three to four days in and around that period .Usaul cycle is 28 days cycle with 2-3 days bleeding . ovulation occurs around 14 th day.
