  4. Plantar warts on foot. The cause of it?

Good day doc, well actually its bad for me. I have this skin disease im not sure what is it until i needed google and research about this. Im pretty sure its a plantar warts because the syptoms and the picture on what i have saw compare to my feet is the same. I actually bought a salicilic acid. Im soaking my feetbto a warm water with salt before applying the acid. My question is what is the cause of it?? And im scareed on what i have saw in the pictures pls help me doc. Im desperate.
