Plaque on tongue
I have been brushing twice a day and used to clean tongue, but the plaque in the tongue is not getting reduced. What might be the cause? What can be done to clean it?

You should use your toothbrush to clean your tongue after every time you brush your teeth and you should avoid the use of tongue cleaners whether plastic or metallic or wooden. Maintaining a good level of hydration is equally important. Any other secondary causes of deposits on the tongue can be evaluated only after a proper clinical examination for which you need to visit a dentist. Regards
