Platelet count reducing
My wife is 7 months pregnant, her platelet is fluctuating in range of 40k to 60k. Today her count was 56k. Is this a concern?

Yes. Low platelet count needs to be investigated. Test for dengue if she has had fever. See a hematologist with all reports.
