Hi, Revolade is a medicine approved for some specific indication like immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). There could be various reason to low platelet count like sideeffect of a drug, Vitamin B12 deficiency, ITP etc. Since your platetelet is 87000 now, u may not require revolade currently. Do watch out for any bleeding or rash and discuss about it with your treating doctor. Take care!
