Please advice by seeing the picture
Please find the pic attached of current situation of back at next sweeling with hard and reddish color which has been increasing since few days, he was told that he is having cellulities and medicine will help to pop out mouth and drain out or will sweat out, but it is not happen but due to the situation I don't want him to go for scissor, please advice how to make it pop our or drain out without any minor/scissors etc.

Is the person having DM See that If no than as u showing the pic it's not clear And If there is abcess we have to drain because if we give antibiotics It will form antibioma some time So Just see all this Second the person needs to be weight management Thank you

Picture clarity is not good.. video consult or consult surgeon.. if its an cellulitis it can be managed with antibiotics in early stage.. need  to have better look

U can try a course of antibiotics and analgesic And local ointment and for few days If no improvement then visit a Surgeon
