Please advise
I have been facing a problem of frequent and painful urination since a week. I feel the urge to urinate frequently throughout the day and night. But most of the times, I do not pass much urine and it is painful all the time just after passing of the full or some urine. My water intake is quite low. Please advise on a remedy and provide the cause as well.

u may be suffering urine infection.take plenty of water.maintain good local hygiene .if needed can get urine and blood tests done.
