Please help me out.
Can I take sea cod liver oil capsule with milk or not. I have forgot to ask to my family doctor and how much omega 3 is needed by our body in a day?

Yes you can take it with milk. The commercially available formulations of omega 3 fatty acid can be taken daily. Sometimes in certain skin conditions it is also advised on a twice a day basis for a month. Hope this is helpful.
