Hello Your father is suffering from varicose ulcers due obstructed varicose veins. Those veins need to be operated urgently, otherwise this ulcer will increase in size, with further infection. Contact a Vascular surgeon immediately and get it operated ASAP. Medications are not going to help him much. Hope this helps.

These are varicose ulcers. It won't heal until varicose veins are operated. Consult a surgeon. Completely curable
