Please suggest any replacement of tablet
She is prescribed Orofer tablets for iron deficiency but she starts vomitting moments after she takes it. Can you please suggest some other medicine or syrup in place of Orofer XT tablets.?

Please give syrup. Dexorange or syrup. cherry. Please take it after food preferably and take once a day initially later increase to twice a day if she tolerates.

please take tab. pan D 40mg for 3 days if vomiting still present

U can take Feronia Xt / Zincofer Xt Tablet in place of orofer...but stil if u feel like nausea and vomiting then take the tablets every alternate day...
