Hi I have got skin reaction in my neck area.please go through the photos. Please suggest any measures on this ? What has caused this reaction? When it is touched it feels like burning sensation. What measures should I take in order to treat this? Please help. Is ring guard or some cream can help me with this reaction? Or it is something different reaction please suggest.
