Take plenty of leaffy vegetables and fruits like papaya on daily basis. Drink plenty of water 4-5 litres a day.
Drink warm water 2-3 glasses soon after waking up. Morning walk for atleast 30 minutes daily.
If all these efforts fail take tablet Dulcoflex 1-2 at bedtime.
