Please tell me good supplement/medicine for vitamin b-12 deficiency. I'm deficient in it because of the symptoms

Capsule hydroxocobalamin (generic name) is good supplement. But the cause of B12 deficiency should be found out. It could be due to decreased intake, atrophic gastritis, intestinal disease/malabsorption. Oral intake of B12 won't cure deficiency due to other causes except decreased intake. For other causes Intramuscular B12 injections are required and for that you should visit a physician...
