Plueral effusion
My mother has water in lungs and she is unable to take breath......water is removed two days bacj but again water is formed..... Plueral fluid culture report says plueral fluid is sterile after 48 hrs.... What does this mean ? Reports says normal bt water in lungs is formed again....please help us how to deal with it...

Do a CT chest with guided aspiration. Rule out tuberculosis or any underlying disorder
