i am suffering from tuberculosis extra fluid in between lungs and chest wall..it was 3rd time i have removed it out...please! tell permanent treatment for it

Took tb treatment properly means it should not reaccumulate, reacess ur status by consultin a pulmonologist, if othr causes can be treated with pluerodesis and permanent solution.
