Plz help having a lot of pain
I did all my test my ovaries and everything is normal Did Amh also was 4.59( normal) Did thyroid also came normal I am only hvng spotting since last two months i,e 1st June and 1st July I ovulated this month and got positive ovulation test 1st June got spotting my doctor though that I was pregnant I did abdomenal scan endometrial thickness was 8.7mm But in transvaginal scan it was 0.5 & 0.8mm I am having non stop pain in one side(left side)of my lower abdomen head of maca root capsules that it increases the endometrial lining My doctor prescribed me mephrate for 7days if I don't get periods by this month Plz help I am having a lot of pain Plz can u suggest any medication for this Both the spotting lasted for just 30mins to 45mins
