Pneumonia With out cough nor fever
2 weeks ago. Started suffring from High blood pressure. Was asked to take ches xray they Said had a liqued on the Lung they had me re take test Now They say I have pneumonia But I have no cough no fever no nothing so Im little confuse

For pnemonia like condition u have take iv antibiotics and admit I n hospital for getting better because it may cause some serious condition later on.
