Pock in the ear
Two days back I got a pock in my left ear. Since then, it is paining a lot. Also, there is swelling around my ear.
Bit of discharge as well. I tried ear drops -OTEK-AC

You seem to be suffering from acute otitis externa which is a common type of ear infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antibiotic ear drops. Treatment depends on confirmation of diagnosis
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can continue using OTEK AC drops, three drops three times daily
