I got ultrasound today .it haf streak of free  fluid in pouch of douglas Can streak of free fluid be seen in pouch of douglas due to anal sex ?

No it's not due to anal sex.It shows some infection of pelvic region.Consult to gynaecologist and take treatment for this but both of you should take.
