Pokey throat
It's been almost a month now that I have a itch not exactly itch but something poking in back of the throat. IT doesn't bother while eating or drinking water infact it's relief but while I sleep its feel more discomfort in throat like I want cough but there no cough.

Looks like a reflux issue but also could be due to post nasal drip ... Rare for a young person to have that much reflux issues though ... It does have to do a.lot with lifestyle habits .. like drinking or smoking .. whether u hydrate yourself properly or not.. would require a detailed history

Sounds like you have acidity problem. Avoid spicy/ oily food, exercise. Consult for medicines
