Polycystic kidney disease
I have been suffering from PKD, having Blood pressure issue. Had an aneurysm clipping in 2013 due to a sub arrachnoid hamemorrhage

I believe its bilateral polycystic kidneys and kidney function is normal. You need to be under follow up with Nephrology and Urology. If you have symptoms like blood in urine, abdominal pain and decreasing urine output, need to the doctor immediately. You may have to screen the other family members for possible involvement as bilateral polycystic kidneys are genetic in nature. What was the size of the kidneys, it would decide the intervention
