Chances of conception depends on many factors like your age, BMI, social habits, previous pregnancy, your occupation, husbands occupation and any other factors related to your marital life. Your scan does shows PCO in one ovary, but if you are having regular peirods and your hormonal profile is within normal limits you will be able to conceive by maintaing healthy lifestyle. There is a fifibroid in your uterus but it is not distorting the cavity so no need to disturb it. Continue trying and see your doctor if you are not able to conceive even after 1 yr of unprotected intercourse.
