I have been diagnosed with PCOS and have been given medicines for the ovulation process. After that i got my periods. But now its been 3 months yet i havent ovulated. So can you suggest me what should i do for getting my periods naturally and regularly.

Hi. You have to excercise daily , reduce diet and try to loose weight if you are overwt. You may have to take some med too which will help you in ovulation.
