Polypoid mucosal thickening
I have polypoid mucosal thickening in left and right maxillary sinus. What does this mean and how is it treated. Have cvid with recurrent infection in sinus and chest.

You seem to be suffering from chronic rhinosinusitis which is common type of nose and sinus infection. You may need to take long term intranasal steroids as as primary treatment. If symptoms persist then functional endoscopic sinus surgery may be required
