Poor milk production
Hi there I'm 35 y/o female from Varanasi. Had a baby girl in October 2018. Need help dealing with insufficient breast milk secretion. I was hoping to continue breast milk for my daughter at least till she turned 1. She's only 3 m/o now. Kindly advise. Thanks and regards

You  too need to  drink  good  amount  of  milk and  3to 4litres  of  water daily. Take  adequate  rest, sleep  well. Sleep  when  baby  sleep. Nutritious  diet. No restrictions on food  items. Take  less spicy and less salty diet. Further information  if you  want  ,see a lactation  specialist.
