Poor sleep quality
Sir, No matter how much I sleep in the night, I never feel fresh in the daytime.i have legache and i feel tired until i get a daytime nap.and after the nap i am absolutely alright.i have this problem since 9years.my problem is that due to ward postings in the daytime i am unable to take a daytime nap everyday.sir please help me out..what should i do?where is the problem??

Hello..everyone's sleep requirements are different , some people do need day time nap. While others are ok without it.. problem occurs when you don't feel fresh in Morning or there are some other symptoms also..it may be due to depression or some other medical conditions

You need to have proper sleep if you are doing excessive night duties. The stress and anxiety is also noted
