Popliteal vein thrombosis.
Causing pain behind knee only when I stress it, don't know what happened, sometimes I can not even stand for a moment after few seconds it becomes normal

Get x rays done and of normal get MRI knee done Take paracetamol for pain Do warm compression around knee Don't stress your knee for few days

Any twist injury or fall or any jerk while playing. ? Better get mri done . Probably their can be soft tissue injury that is  meniscus or ligament injury which  can be picked up on mri only . Apply ice thrice per day. Avoid direct contact with skin apply for 20 min around the knee and back of knee Apply volini gel small quantity after icing. Folow up with report on practo . You did not have covid  right ? If yes then talk to physician about d dimer  test(blood test)  required or not. It help to rule out thrombotic  possibility  in body after covid infection . As (TAG LINE YOU MENTIONED POPLITEAL THROMBOSIS). So plz check on that to with Physician  .  if required then only do. Plz🙏
