The treatment protocol can be made after examining the teeth only..Both are good procedures as long as the shade and preparation of teeth is done accurately..For better esthetics and accurate margins porcelain veneers should be preferred..Composite bonding can give good results too but visit a dentist or share the clinical images to diagnose the proper treatment..

Veneers and bleaching are two different protocols having various indications and contraindications veneers can be used in cases where patient wants change in shape size colour of the tooth while bleaching is only for colour /shade change
Composite bonding may pick up stains after few months, if u are having interests like smoking, pan, Gutkha etc.
Composites need polishing every few months.
Composites can be done in a single appointment session
Porcelain veneers requires 2-3 appointment sessions.
Porcelain veneers are more esthetic and require some trimming of tooth structure.
Veneers covers the tooth from the one side and the rest of tooth is left untouched and is made in lab composite fillings are done chairside and is less time consuming. But option between two remains in the hands of the dentist who will see which one is better According to the shade.the tooth structure left or the colour of ur teeth. Better visit a dentist and take an opinion
