Possibility of pregnancy
I had my 2nd iui on Feb 8th, and doctor advised to have sex for 3 days and not after that and gave sustain tablet for 15 days. Now my period was missed and I am on 30th day. Tested hpt two time but negative. Is there any chance of positive to pregnant. ?

Try repeating upt using first void urine sample in the morning. Ultrasound is usually confirmatory
