Possible Anxiety
So I think that I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and have had it since I was younger, but I have never seen anybody about it to get it officially diagnosed. It started in 4th grade, and continued to be really bad until about 7th grade, it seemed to have gotten better for a while, as I would only have a few anxiety attacks every few months, however, now, as a sophomore in college, it had gotten a lot worse, constant worrying, trouble sleeping, and about 3-4 anxiety attacks a month.
