Possible eating disorder
I think I am developing an eating disorder. I exercise a lot (do around 3 hours a week dance classes. Do around 2 hours a week running and some strength training.) I avoid certain foods and count calories. (I generally have around 1000.) I am being to fear putting on weight even if it's just a little bit. Is this an eating disorder? Thanks.
