Possible Infection
A few days ago, my left ear started to feel very hot. I put an ice pack on it and the heat went away. I've also had a constant, dull headache on the same side of my head. I've been experiencing allergies maybe that has something to do with it. I recently put hydrogen peroxide in my ears to clean them and took an allergy pill. I was relieved of my headache until the next morning. My left eyelid has been twitching a lot as well.

You seem to be suffering from allergic skin disorders involving pinna and external ear. Or it may be hydrogen peroxide which might have injured the skin causing inflammation. Confirmation of diagnosis is necessary before planning any treatment
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
