Possible Knee Dislocation
I’ve had a previous ACL, MCL, and Meniscus tear in the past and the occasiaonal popping of the knee whenever I’m not paying attention, but recently when running I did something stupid and my knee popped... unlike the past my knee usually pops a few times but this time it was only once and I now can’t straigten my leg and there is swelling that has yet to go down (been about four days) and there’s a sharp pain whenever I try to straighten it in the front of my knee, kinda feels under the knee cap

Consult orthopaedic doctor soon. You need MRI - to see for ligaments and meniscal injury. You might need surgery.
