Possible pregnancy
I have missed my periods by a week. I have had unprotected sex, and although I had used ipill later. I tested myself using pregnancy test kits twice over the last 1 week. The first time I got very faint pregnancy line. Second time I tested myself, I got a dark line. There was brown vaginal discharge. Pain in lower back and sensitive breasts.

You are pregnant and probably it is failure of contracetion as i pill has high failure rates..
Consult a gynaec for further advise..
